Marinate in a rosemary garlic marinade, or your favourite spices or marinade, and cook with either potatoes, carrots, or butternut squash. No matter what you serve the lamb chops with it will be a really tasty meal for the family.

  • 2 Medium Lamb Chops
  • 100 ml Lemon Juice Optional

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 175 ° C or 350 ° F which usually takes around 3 minutes depending on the air fryer.

Cooking

  • Place the Lamb Chops in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, rest the meat for 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Cook from Defrosted
Due to various cuts of meat, I recommend using a meat thermometer to test that the meat is cooked to your liking. I haven't tried this one myself so if anyone has tried it with the above cooking time and temperature, please leave a comment on whether the meat was rare, medium, or well done.
