Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180 ° C or 360 ° F which usually takes around 3 minutes depending on the air fryer.

  • Place the Chicken Thighs into the plastic bag and shake well to coat the meat.
  • Spray the chicken thigh's lightly with oil.

Cooking

  • Place the Chicken Thigh's into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 28 minutes.

  • Cook from Defrosted
  • Spray with Oil
Cook for 18 minutes, flip and cook for 8 more minutes, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
