Fresh Cut French Fries
FRESH CUT FRENCH FRIES WITH YOUR FAVORITE SEASONED SALT OR DIPPING SAUCE
Air fryers are best known for their ability to make perfect french fries. Frozen fries are great, but some people prefer to make their own fries. Fresh cut fries take a little longer to cook but taste awesome. Add your favourite dipping sauce and this air fryer staple will become a favourite.

- 3 Medium Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2.5 g Salt optional
- 2.5 g Chicken Salt optional
- 1 bowl Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) optional
- 1 bowl Barbeque Sauce optional
- 1 bowl Sweet & Sour Sauce optional
- 1 bowl Aioli Sauce optional
Cooking
Preheat the air fryer to 180° C or 360° F for approximately 3 minutes depending on the air fryer.
Lightly spray the oil onto the sliced potatoes and place in the air fryer.
Cook for 30 minutes until golden brown
Ensure you shake the fries often to ensure even cooking.
