Mouth watering fluffy Potato encased in a crispy skin. Great for any occasion
A tasty mouth watering potato treat for any occasion. Nothing beats a fluffy potato wedge encased in a crispy skin, then dipped in your favourite dipping sauce.
TEMP200°C or 390°F
- 4-6 Medium Potatoes
- 15 g Sweet Paprika
- 5 g Onion Powder
- 30 g Plain Flour
- 30 ml Olive Oil
- 1-2 g Salt
- 15 g Butter or Margarine
- 1 bowl Sweet & Sour Sauce optional
- 1 bowl Sweet Chili Sauce with Sour Cream optional
- 1 bowl Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) optional
Cut the potatoes into wedges. One potato can usually yield around 4-5 wedges.
Place the potato wedges into a Pot and boil them until they are just soft.
Drain the potatoes in a colander, and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Shake the colander a little to chuff up the potato wedges.
While the potatoes are still hot, mix in your ingredients of oil, butter, onion power flour, paprika and salt.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C or 390°F which usually takes around 3 minutes depending on your air fryer.
Place the potato wedges into the air fryer basket, and cook at 200°C or 390°F for 15 minutes. Shake the basket a few times while cooking to ensure all wedges are evenly cooked.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce
