Hi Charmayne
That’s strange. There should be no reason why you can’t reheat foods. Unless it’s because it may come out dry or something. I would just put it on a low heat to heat up foods.
I think Charmayne means ‘pre-heat’ – MY airfryer doesn’t have a pre-heat option either
Is 4280 Calories correct for one serve of chicken schnitzel? It seems way to high.
the chicken schnitzels came out extremely dry. It as my first time using an airfryer and am not blown away yet. Had to make the other schnitzels in the normal fryer. Maybe i should add a little oil to the fryer with the chicken? i have a Tefal XL digital airfryer.
Hi Lucy, Are they home made Schnitzels, or frozen crumbed ones from the supermarket? If it’s pre-packaged crumbed schnitzels they probably already have a bit of oil added. Add a touch of oil if they are home made though.
I’m not familiar with the Tefal, but if it’s coming out dry, you may be cooking it too long. Your Tefal may be cooking too quickly. You may need to experiment a bit.
