      Hi there, I’ve fried 6 chicken drumsticks at a time, for 10 mins on 200 then 10 mins on 150 and turned out perfect. I’ve found that you can’t overlap meat otherwise I’ve had trouble getting the right timing and will overcook. Have had success with chicken fillets too, using timing on this website.

    I often do fried chicken wings for buffalo chicken…16 pieces…self rising flour to coat…390 degrees…25 min…shake every 5.

    We spray a baggie with olive oil cooking spray , shake wings in bag to cover , they come out lightly browned and oh so juicy !!

    It would have been nice if you put down your seasoning. Anyone can turn on an air fryer. Thats the point of a recipe

    Thank you for the pointers! I used Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Poultry Seasoning (which works great for pork) and my pork chops turned out great! I looked in my manual first, and it did not have good guidance for regular pork chops. Other websites had sauces and toppings (apples, etc.); I just wanted a good tender pork chop, and your instructions delivered! Thank You So Much!
