Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180 ° C or 360 ° F which usually takes around 3 minutes depending on the air fryer.

Cooking

  • Add the Kangaroo Steak to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes.

Notes

  • Cook from Defrosted
  • No Oil necessary 
Based on the Kangaroo Steak not being too thick and being medium rare. Add more cooking time for well done.
Use basket for all over cooking. Looked dry on outside but still moist inside with largest piece still 'pink'.
