Equipment
Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken Strips
- 1 bowl Barbeque Sauce optional
- 1 bowl Sweet Chili Sauce optional
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 ° C or 390 ° F which usually takes around 3 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the frozen chicken strips into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes ensuring you shake the basket often to ensure the chicken strips are cooked evenly.
Notes
This recipe is based on the pre-seasoned frozen chicken strips you buy at the supermarket however, if you are making them yourself, the cooking time would probably not need to be altered too much. From defrosted, I'd recommend cooking for around 8-9 minutes. I'd also recommend Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour as I hear it's yummy.
- Cook from frozen
- No oil necessary
- Shake often

What are you using for the breading on these? What ingredients are being used?
