Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200 ° C or 390 ° F which is usually around 3 minutes depending on the air fryer.
  • Season the steak with your favorite spices.

Cooking

  • Place the steak into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for approximately 12 minutes.
  • Let the steak rest for around 5 minutes.

This cooking time is based on the Steak being Medium done. Add or subtract 2 mins between Rare, Medium, and Well Done. If you want to be sure though, I recommend using a meat thermometer. I have a Thermoworks Thermopop. It's accurate and fast. You get a reading in about 5-6 seconds which is important when cooking in an air fryer because you don't want to leave it open for prolonged periods of time while you wait for a temperature reading.
