I put two 1 ½ inch lamb chops at 350 as suggested. I cooked them for 20- minutes and they were well done. A better time would be around 15 or 16 minutes. If I had let them rest for 10 more minutes they would have been inedible.
Thank you Dennis! You saved my chops. At about 15 mins in I read this review & ran to take chops out. I did, they were well done but perfect.
12 minutes turning half way through worked great for medium rare.
hi mike, thanks for your comment. first time reader, first time commenter, first time commentator…
my question is in three parts.
do you live on top of a mountain? specifically, do you “fry” at high elevation? how does the pressure affect the cooking?
and, I’m partial to a rare chop. how many mins would we shave off for that?
I cooked it about 17-18 minutes and they were perfect in my air fryer.
Thanks, Kelli
Cooked mine for about 11 min and were perfectly done

I can’t believe you posted a recipe you have never tried. That is not encouraging.

I cooked mid loin chops at 17-18 mins and they were crisp and nicely cooked through -tender…I turned them mid way through the cooking time and this browned them on both sides
With average size loin chops 10 minutes is more than enough at 350c for medium rare, turniing once. The rosemary olice oil, garlic marindade is perfect.. I will be trying 9 minutes next time. 25 minutes is stupid, Can’t see how you can post a recipe you havent tried.
