Kangaroo Steak
Kangaroo steak best served with your favorite gravy, vegetables, and baked potato

Kangaroo Steak

Feel like something different? Try kangaroo steak. It has a stronger gamely taste than normal beef but tastes great with pepper sauce. Maybe try a kangaroo steak sandwich with onions, lettuce and gravy. Very yummy.

Recipe Notes

* Cook from Defrosted
* No Oil necessary

Based on the Kangaroo Steak not being too thick and being medium rare. Add more cooking time for well done.

Use basket for all over cooking. Looked dry on outside but still moist inside with largest piece still 'pink'.
